2. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

The amount will only be charged to your account once the order has been shipped from our warehouse. All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

3. Delivery

Free Shipping on Orders Over 500 DKK / 67 EUR
We offer free delivery on all orders over 500 DKK / 67 EUR as a thank you for choosing to shop with us.
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, a flat delivery fee of 49 DKK will apply. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Time
The average delivery time is approximately 3 business days. However, the exact estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout. Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, shipping address, and external circumstances.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been confirmed, you can track your shipment directly through your account. You will receive real-time updates on your order status and delivery.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

At InSitu Posters, you have a 30-day full return policy from the day you receive your order.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be returned in its original packaging

How to Return an Item
Please contact us [here] and include your order number. We will then provide instructions for the return. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please note that return shipping is non-refundable. Returns must not be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us here.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Warranty (Right to Complain)

You have a 2-year warranty according to Danish consumer law. If your item has a defect or fault, please contact us as soon as possible at info@insituposters.com and include your order number and photos of the issue.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time, typically within 2 months after discovering the defect. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
